Communicate any changes to existing services to the relevant stakeholders. Training and Development Ensure staff have received the appropriate induction prior to working in operational services. Ensure mandatory training is completed by all staff. Sharing learning from incidents and complaints with clinical and non-clinical staff. Ensure, where appropriate that staff have time to access professional and clinical supervision. Escalate concerns with competency to the Ops Manager who has line management responsibility for the operational workforce.
