· Discuss and deeply understand client business strategy/business model to consult with clients on winning digital payment and ecosystem solutions. The business model will be diversified across consumer and corporate businesses.
· Strengthen relationships with client key stakeholders in partnership with product, solutions and cross functional teams
· Work with clients to focus on driving usage, user experience, new product solutions, ecommerce, cross-border transactions and merchant acceptance.
· Identify new payment flows interact with issuers, and develop Customer Value Proposition (CVP) s for new product as well as new segments differentiated by departments / payment flows
· Develop collateral, internal and external product content as well as to collaborate with in-country, regional and global product partners and other stakeholders
· Execution of strategic priorities to accelerate payment volumes growth and expansion in partnership with financial institutions
· Develop and ensure the implementation of team, country and regional goals
· Responsible for Client forecast, P&L, and tracking of performance
This position will be reporting to the Head of Sales and based in Vietnam, Hanoi.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
