ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
To work closely with Internal team (Sales, Customer Services & Operation) & External team (GPD Hubs and sub-contractor) in order to develop samples at the right time and with the right cost information accurately & timely.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Operations:
• Receive & liaise new sample development with Sales/Regional Office.
• Coordinate with relevant teams (Supply chain, operation, Sales/CS, sub-contractor…) to develop the business opportunity.
• Main task been to follow-up the entire process of the new development from start to end.
• To be creative to provide solutions to the customers (through sales) For their needs of labels or frand information
• Promote business growth & profitability through taking proactive approach to the sales/ customer service/ and customers' requests.
Costing/Pricing:
• Work out the product cost correctly, reasonably & in right time.
• Coordinate with Supply chain to source new/alternative material & propose alternative production mode/contractor to reduce production cost. Manage & maintain accurate price on the system.
• Take the ownership for all new setup to be the key contact for all internal & external requestors (Sales/CS, GPD Hubs…) & follow up/support internal GPDs to ensure the job done smoothly & timely.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotation and proofs to sales and/or customers
Product compliance:
• Align with GPD Hubs/Sales to conduct the lab test according to the RBO or customer’s requirement at development stage.
• Coordinate with Purchasing team/sub-cont…to ensure that the new material/substitution meet customer’s required standard before application.

As an intern you will have the opportunity to:

What You’ll Do
Denver International Airport has an opening for a Lost & Found Agent (LSA I) to join our Parking and Transportation Department. Our customer base includes 54 million passengers that fly out of DEN every year as well as all airport employees including airlines and concessionaires. The Lost and Found team processes an average of 3,000 lost items per month and routinely handles thousands of customer interactions in-person, on the phone and via email. Ability to multi-task frequently, managing multiple projects, with constant interruptions
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

Perform design review for all horizontal construction projects at each phase of the design cycle (30,60, 90, commissioning); ensure compliance with DEN's Design Standards Manual and FAA requirements; and provide feedback to the designer, contractor, and DEC project manager.
Serve as the focal point for any contract or consultant services in support of DEN's BIM program; establish processes to update DEN's BIM models, and related Asset Management content; ensure data is accurate and up to date; and establish safeguards to prevent unauthorized access or damage to DEN's data.
Review the Design Standards Manual annually, as required, and ensure that all necessary revisions are in place; that the standards are coordinated with all other DEC and DEN guidance; and that the information is accessible to all customers.
Attend staff meetings, project update meetings, planning groups, and all events which require expertise in DEN's BIM program as assigned by the DEN BIM Manager; and serve as DEN's focal point for any and all horizontal BIM-related questions and issues.
Consult with users and customers to evaluate horizontal project design needs, provide technical guidance on applications and services, and develop solutions to meet user needs for data and analysis; train employees and users in BIM and related concepts, data maintenance, and standard industry techniques; implement the technical operations of asset management systems used in data modeling and data distribution activities as related to facilities BIM, which includes coordinating the maintenance of data life cycles and related business processes; determine requirements and assesses alternative data models for the future design of data sets, then lead the design, testing, modification, and implementation of new data models.
Plan and conduct project meetings with stakeholders and project staff to communicate milestones and completion dates; provide technical advice and solutions, and resolve issues that arise during a project; develop and maintain a communication plan and related project status report for key stakeholders.
Review and analyze project change requests and make recommendations related to the execution of these requests, taking into consideration the impact on the project schedule, cost, and resources; direct the implementation of changes to project deliverables, resources, timelines, or budget.
Develop and implement plans to ensure compliance with industry standards, protocols, and established business practices; conduct risk and cost/benefit analyses, manage risk associated with projects, and devise strategies to deal with unexpected crises and unresolved risks.
Ensure the quality of project deliverables and obtain user acceptance of completed products or services; perform project closure activities including release of contract and permanent staff from the project, and completing lessons learned and project implementation review of best practices.
Lead the design, testing, modification, and implementation of new civil BIM content; provide supervision to the civil BIM team; and lead the civil BIM team in executing the DEN BIM vision as set by the DEN BIM Manager.
What You’ll Bring

Technical and practical expertise with Autodesk Civil 3D, including but not limited to use and development of its implementation on the owner’s side in support of a robust asset management program
Ability to develop and review technical standards and standard processes
Experience developing solutions to meet user needs for Civil 3D BIM models
Experience directing and leading civil BIM project activities (to develop and implement DEN’s BIM tools, standards and processes)
Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships and function in various roles across large and diverse teams
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization from field personnel to management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to present to and learn from diverse audiences
Results-oriented and self-driven to contribute to a high performing team
Experience adapting to setbacks and changes in work assignments and ways of doing work
Knowledge of digital facilities and infrastructure (BIM, CIM, VDC, and Asset Management) systems sufficient to be able to perform a variety of duties related to the work assignment
Required Minimum Qualifications
Education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience Requirement: Four (4) years of professional level experience working on multidisciplinary digital facilities and infrastructure or building information modeling projects which must include 2 years leading specialized or complex projects.
Education/Experience Equivalency: One (1) year of the appropriate type and level of experience may be substituted for each required year of post-high school education for all classifications. Additional appropriate education may be substituted for the minimum experience requirements.
Licensure: Requires a valid Driver's License at the time of application.

FBI Background Check: FBI criminal background check is required for all positions at Denver International Airport (DEN). Employees are also required to report any felony convictions and/or moving violations to maintain this clearance and be eligible for continued employment. By position, a pre-employment physical/drug test may be required.
Snow/Emergency Duties: Denver International Airport is a 24/7/365 team operation. If weather conditions warrant or an emergency crisis occurs, all DEN employees can be required to work extended hours and/or shifts.
