• Tối đa hóa các nguồn lực nhất định để cung cấp chương trình hoạt động hiện trường hiệu quả và đảm bảo cân bằng giữa doanh thu / chi phí so với các hoạt động hiện trường.
• Phối hợp và hỗ trợ các bộ phận tiếp thị và kỹ thuật trong việc phát triển ứng dụng sản phẩm mới để đảm bảo ra mắt thành công các sản phẩm / dự án mới.
• Góp phần xây dựng các hoạt động thực địa về sản phẩm của công ty nhằm củng cố vị thế công ty dẫn đầu thị trường.
• Để hiểu sâu sắc về các động lực thị trường chính, theo dõi và dự đoán sự phát triển của chúng để đánh giá và nắm bắt các cơ hội kinh doanh tốt hơn và nhanh hơn so với các đối thủ cạnh tranh.

Role purpose

• The Demand Planning Executive is a critical role within our Sales department, responsible for ensuring the availability of crop protection chemicals to meet customer demand efficiently.
• This position reports directly to the Key Account Manager and collaborates closely with distributors, Sales and Supply Chain teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the agricultural chemical industry.

Accountabilities

• Collaborate with the Sales team, National Sales Manager & Key Account Manager, to gather customer insights, sales forecasts, and market trends in the Crop Protection sector.
• Analyze historical sales data, market conditions, and seasonal factors to develop accurate demand forecasts for various products.
• Create and maintain demand plans, taking input from Sales, Supply Chain, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor and track the accuracy of demand forecasts, adjusting them as necessary based on changing market dynamics.
• Work closely with the Supply Chain team to align inventory levels with demand forecasts, ensuring timely product availability.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure that inventory meets customer demand and to address any supply-related issues.
• Identify potential supply chain challenges and collaborate on solutions to optimize inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with the Key Account Manager to develop and implement sales strategies based on demand forecasts.
• Generate regular reports on demand planning performance for the Key Account Manager and senior management.

• Responsible for crop protection inbound logistics, coordinate with oversea suppliers, planning and warehouse teams for accurate arrival times.
• Responsible for customs declaration procedure and ensure all incoming shipments are delivered to warehouse timely
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of inbound service provider and advise to improve their KPI if necessary.
• Co-operating with customs/PPD officers to handle the issues arisen in customs procedures or audit.
• Organize the delivery of goods from the manufacturing sites to the relevant warehouses, between warehouses when replenishment is required and from warehouses to customers; Organize customer returns and returns to suppliers and production sites
• Collaborate with customer service, supply planning and sales representatives to prepare the weekly and daily delivery plan to customers finding the right balance between customer requirements and costs, grouping deliveries into specific routes and days, when required
• Act as key point of contact for customers, transport providers, warehouses, planning and production sites to follow-up on inbound volumes and deliveries. Report, evaluate and follow-up the resolution of complaints and non-conformities related to logistic services in relevant tools
• Develop expertise on internal reporting and analytics to support decision making on daily operations. Develop and implement process improvements in collaboration with regional and local teams
• Ensure, in area of responsibility, Syngenta's full compliance with the applicable legal and regulatory framework as well as Syngenta's own legal and ethical, HSE, corporate security, risk management and corporate governance standards

• Xử lý Khiếu nại khách hàng
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ đầy đủ yêu cầu của các cơ quan quản lý
• Áp dụng "các phương pháp hay nhất" - bán hàng và tiếp thị trong Khu vực.
• Thúc đẩy doanh số xuất sắc và tập trung vào khách hàng

2. Thu thập, phân tích và truyền đạt thông tin thị trường

• Cập nhật thường xuyên và chính xác về quy mô thị trường, cơ hội, môi trường kinh doanh, thông tin cạnh tranh, khách hàng, v.v. cho Quản lý Kinh doanh vùng.
• Quản lý dữ liệu khách hàng / Quản lý hồ sơ
