ABOUT YOUR ROLE (Mô tả chung về công việc):

The Production Planning Team Leader prepares business related analyses and research for Supply Chain, especially in Planning. The individual prepares forecasts, analyzes trends related to Planning and uses the analyses to compile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of data and/or ensure efficiency.

Job overview: Provide Customer Service in a Call Center or other area of the operations to assigned customers and accounts. Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle order processing in accounts:

• Manage customers' inquiries in terms of order processing, order follow up, pricing integrity, on-time deliveries, orders fulfillment.
• Provide responsive order management support including order entry, or expediting and shipment information to customers
• Size of customer: high complexity, ie. complex RBO, new RBO, mega factories)

2. Handle customer complaint:

• Resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
• Negotiate customer product/billing complaints by authorizing returns, requesting returned product testing by internal quality or other staff, submit for approval replacement orders if needed, following up with accountant, sales…related to invoices, payment issues

3. Coordinate with other department:

• Partner with Inside Sales to assist in achieving sales goals.
• Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Operations on capacity planning and scheduling.
• Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary

4. Following-up:

• Coordinate & follow up return, defected labels in handling process properly

• To response and ensure the customer inquiries and requests are addressed in a timely manner.
• To coordinate with sales team, other departments, suppliers and other ticket centers to ensure the print quality and customers’ requirements are met.

To work closely with Internal team (Sales, Customer Services & Operation) & External team (GPD Hubs and sub-contractor) in order to develop samples at the right time and with the right cost information accurately & timely.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Coordinate with relevant teams (Supply chain, operation, Sales/CS, sub-contractor…) to develop the business opportunity.
• Main task been to follow-up the entire process of the new development from start to end.

Costing/Pricing:
• Work out the product cost correctly, reasonably & in right time.
• Coordinate with Supply chain to source new/alternative material & propose alternative production mode/contractor to reduce production cost. Manage & maintain accurate price on the system.
• Take the ownership for all new setup to be the key contact for all internal & external requestors (Sales/CS, GPD Hubs…) & follow up/support internal GPDs to ensure the job done smoothly & timely.
• Ensure timely delivery of quotation and proofs to sales and/or customers
Product compliance:
• Align with GPD Hubs/Sales to conduct the lab test according to the RBO or customer’s requirement at development stage.
• Coordinate with Purchasing team/sub-cont…to ensure that the new material/substitution meet customer’s required standard before application.

Production Technician/Technologist acts as a contact point between the production team and other departments like Prepress, Sample development, planning, etc... This position will be in charge of all technical related matters such as machine specifications, sample specifications, etc... Consult and support other departments with production technical issues and may participate in some new product development projects .

ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Technical Sales Lead for Vietnam and South Asia you will be responsible for providing technical expertise while
