About the role
The Management Trainee, Human Resource plays a pivotal role in attracting, nurturing, and retaining top talent to help us achieve our organizational goals; under the Human Resource Team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this dynamic team and make valuable contributions to CULINES Group.
We’re looking for someone who can:
Be responsible for the managing of Human Resource responsibilities and supporting the HR operation functions such as recruitment, onboarding, administration, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Assist in organizing employee well-being programmes & company events.
- Assist in preparing employment contracts, certification letters and other HR related letters.
- Updating of monthly organisation chart, manage telephone enquiries, incoming and outgoing mails.
- Assist with office administration duties such as assisting with courier services, receiving of deliveries, ordering of stationery, hampers, corporate gifts etc.
- Perform any other duties as assigned and requested by Manager.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Undergraduate or Postgraduate currently pursuing a Degree/ Master’s in human resources, Business Administration and related fields.
- Demonstrate fluent proficiency in English (verbal and written).
- Strong in Excel and PowerPoint, possess strong data visualization skills.
- Strong interest in HR, with exposure to talent development and organizational culture concepts.
- Savvy and dynamic personality with an eagerness and ability to learn new things quickly.
- Proactive, independent, able to work cohesively as a team.
