Responsibilities:
YCH Group is looking for a dynamic individual who is keen to join a growing and fast-paced organization within the supply chain and logistics industry, and is willing to play a paramount role in supporting the QA team.
This candidate will take up a dual role, overseeing as a Pharmacist and a quality assurance manager within YCH Group:
Pharmacist Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Provide insights of Singapore healthcare industry landscape (Current & future)
2. Provide expertise and knowledge regarding key healthcare procurement system, cycle and supply chain requirements.
3. Main role is to administer, authorize and control of our inbound and outbound of vaccines to our customers.
4. Manage and maintain paperwork records for all drug recalls and corrective and preventive actions verification (if any).
5. Represent the company (together with Operations) in external meetings/discussions requiring pharmacist presence and expertise (e.g. Vendor meeting, meeting with new/prospective customer).
6. Support for migration/shifting operations on therapeutic and pharmaceutical products as per operations required.
QA Roles and Responsibilities:
7. Work jointly with operations, to ensure that SOPs (e.g. relating to receiving, storing and issuing functions) are compliant to local, global and customer requirements (e.g. HSA, GDP, Therapeutic license)
8. Audit processes (e.g. relating to receiving, storing, issuing, and inventory control functions) and documentation, for compliance, traceability and accountability.
9. Application of relevant licenses for the company if necessary.
10. Ensure the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in the company is in place.
11. Site QA monthly reporting, monitoring and follow up.
12. Train internal quality auditor based on the ISO 9001 requirement.
13. Any other tasks as assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Active Singapore-registered pharmacist
• At least 1 year QA working experience in a similar capacity
• Min. Degree holder
