Job Summary:

The IT Infrastructure Manager to cooperate with IT central relevant teams to oversees and manages the Bosch Vietnam’s IT infrastructure related projects and services, focusing on strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance. This role includes project management responsibilities, requiring expertise in IT infrastructure projects and a strong background in PMP methodologies.

Responsibilities: To work closely with relevant IT central teams to maintain high quality of:

 1.   Infrastructure Project Management and Implementation:

• Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from initiation to completion using PMP methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions on time and within budget.

  2.  Network and System Management:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust network architecture to ensure high performance and security.
• Oversee system administration, including servers, operating systems, storages and virtualization platforms.

  3.  Security and Compliance:

• Develop and enforce security policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry standards.
• Implement controls and audits to safeguard data and infrastructure.

    4. Hardware and Software Management:

• Evaluate, procure, and manage hardware and software resources for optimal IT operations.
• Collaborate with vendors to stay updated on the latest technologies.

    5. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

We deliver complete software projects (CSPs) to our Bosch counterparts of Chassic System Control divisions for the OEMs in nearshore regions Japan, China, ASEAN. We also work on the advanced engineering topics like software engineering for E&E architecture.

As an Embedded Software Test Engineer for Safety System such as ABS/ESP/Air Bag/Adoptive Cruise Control Electronic Control Units (ECUs) etc., you will:

• Analyze requirements, design and develop test scripts
• Run test cases and regression tests
• Analyze defect and report defects
• Clarify open points
• Co-ordinate team activities, and handle day-to-day work efficiently and independently

As an Embedded Software Developer for Automotive applications (such as: ABS/ESP/Air Bag/Adaptive Cruise Control Electronic Control Units (ECUs), etc.), your main responsibilities include:

• Requirement clarification and analysis
• Software development, integration and unit testing based on requirements
• Low and high level design for software modules
• Execute software development tasks, document results and report problems
• Debugging
• Tasks effort estimation
• Plan and perform software review
• Solve technical problems/queries
• Communicate findings to both technical and non-technical colleagues in order to prevent technical problems/queries.
• Mentor junior members (for senior and above positions)
• Planning and tracking tasks

• Responsible for IT service delivery excellence within the target business plan defined
• Lead and ensure BD team is delivering high value IT operation and support services to customers
• As part of the regional IT business partnering team to engage within BD/PFP, BD BUs through regular engagement activities or consultancy to drive awareness and adoption of IT products and services
• Contribute to BD virtual team initiatives through active participation or support for relevant virtual team activities
• To build a strong business relationship between BD and its customers on BD Products and Services
• To be actively involved in Customer Engagement activities to disseminate latest BD products and services, plan and conduct plant-wide BD communication or Info sharing session, face to face engagement with key stakeholders
• Manage feedback and escalations from the regions/locations
• Responsible for My Computer service delivery though IT fleet management country coordinator role
• Resource allocation and cost allocation based on service delivery to customers
• To handle financial topics for budgeting, billing request, charging by working closely with controlling, accounting, Tax department

The tax specialist is accountable for reporting to taxation authorities at the federal, state and
local levels in a timely manner and advising the tax optimizing strategies.

Your tasks and responsibilities

• Collect all related tax information and prepare tax filling: monthly VAT return, monthly WHT return, quarterly/annual income tax return in a timely manner
• Create data collection system for tax audit/inspect retrieving
• Maintain monthly tax recon which including sale reconciliation/sale reclassification/Input & Output VAT
• Coordinating & negotiating with tax authorities to have monthly tax payment reconciliation
• Researching for optimizing & planning taxation for VAT refund
• Keep abreast of current development in the tax area
• Coordinate with tax department for all tax related matter in Bosch Vietnam entities
• Coordinate and liaise with accounting team/Head of tax/ for Tax advisory related to Tax matter such as VAT per charge code/Duty and tax closing/Legal invoice procedures …etc.
• Instruction and guidance others to be compliance with Tax and Local statutory
• Manage and monitor the ICS (internal control system) procedure for taxation
• Other tasks at management discretion
