Engineering System Admin is responsible for supporting system, process activities that relate to the component/product/processes to assure new processes/projects is managed and produced timely per schedule and highest quality standard.

Job Description:

1. Knowledge and work with quality systems.
2. Support Engineering in term of documentation update via Agile system if required
3. Create part and BOM for assembly, Finish Goods in ERP / Epicor basing on part, BOM released from Agile system.
4. Work with Celoxis system in term of reporting and reminding project team to log in their time
5. Engineering samples management (materials at engineering status)
6. Encourage innovate and join Kaizen activities to improve working environment.
7. Perform other assignments from supervisor

1. Fresh College / bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management / Administrative / technical / Engineering related fields.

Job Description:

1.      Analyze design specifications and translate the requirements into robust manufacturing procedures to achieve quality and reliability of finished products. 

2.      Assesses process capabilities, prioritizes process improvement opportunities, and implements process improvements on existing manufacturing processes. 

3.      Applies technical knowledge to innovate, design, and develop processes, tooling, and equipment.

4.      Defines and releases the deliverables as defined by individual design and development plans.

5.      Defines and releases installation, performance and operational qualification (IQ/PQ/OQ) protocols and reports.

6.      Provides design for manufacturing (DFM) input to the assembly and component specifications.

7.      Compiles and writes training materials; develops and conducts training sessions.

8.      Works collaboratively with appropriate departments/teams to develop product design and tooling processes to ensure efficient production methods.

9.      Interfaces with outside vendors to determine product specifications; technical support purchase of equipment, materials, and/or parts; evaluates products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

10.  Estimates production times, staffing requirements, and related costs to provide information for management decisions.

11.  Estimates future manufacturing requirements and potential.

12.  Analyzes data for process investigations, productivity improvements, cost analysis, regulatory filings; documents and communicates results.

1.       BS in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or Biomedical Engineering and 5+ years of process development / improvement experience

2. Core Job Responsibilities:

Territory Management

• Develop customer database with detailed records of hospital/ health center/ target organization/ health care professionals, etc.
• Evaluate, classify, and identify precise target customers. Prioritize potential territories.
• Establish & maintain close relationship with key accounts through ensuring company services meet their requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity in assigned territory.
• Collect and report Market intelligence to Supervisor & Marketing team.

Planning and organizing:

• Utilize customer database for preparing weekly & monthly working plan, daily detailing calls, resource allocation plan, or direct-to-consumer marketing activities.

Business development

• Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential clients.
• Ensure good execution of all Sales & Marketing programs in assigned territory. Strictly track and provide feedback on the programs to upper levels.
• Implement effective daily sales calls and maintain records. Address product complaints in a timely manner.
• Harmonize diversified activities (product presentation, consultation…) in various relating fields: hospital, health center, kindergarten, food shop, supermarket, and other consumer organization i.e. patient society, elderly society, mother society.

Others

• Well update of product knowledge, as well as health care scientific backgrounds.
• Manage Company, department reports in a timely and correct manner.
