With the rapid development of our projects, we're looking for talented Project Manager and Delivery Manager (2 different roles with different focus) to join Brake System team in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. General responsibilities include:
- Analyze customer requirements, clarify and document
- Issue development request to developers and track the progress
- Plan, Monitor and Control project schedule
- Interface with customers, manage OPLs and stakeholders
- Develop team and give feedback to associates as per need
As a PROJECT MANAGER, you will be responsible for typical functions in project management including: management projects from requirements to delivery, practicing globally accepted project management methods and techniques and adopting them to Bosch specific needs, responsible for Quality, Cost and Delivery. You will be the interface to customers and responsible for managing the project schedule and deliverables within defined QCD. Your main tasks:
- Engineering services for embedded software projects (C, Automotive)
- Working with engineering team to make overall project proposal (work packages, time schedule...)
- Supporting sales with quotation, pricing and contract with customer's supplier
- Leading project team, execute project till final delivery to customer
- Use PM tools for project management
- Close cooperate with Bosch BUs, BEG-CN (engineering team)
As a DELIVERY MANAGER, you will be responsible for typical functions in general management including defining business strategies focusing on achieving business excellence, people management and customer relationship management. The focus is mainly to strategize, plan and optimally deploy available resources toward customer satisfaction and management of cost, quality delivery schedule. Your main tasks:
- Lead a team of 10-20 Software Developers as a Techno Manager
- Planning and allocation of resources for projects, tools, hardware, etc. and ensure deployment as per targets
- People management with feedback and project level engagement (responsible for KPIs, deploying resources, people management, conduct Goal Performance Dialogue for team members)
- Responsible for building up competency for the team. Provide resources for Competency Enhancement projects and build in Project-specific
- Input for Billing, cost utilization
- Focus productivity improvement
- Manage the technical aspects of the project tasks and performs reviews
- Manage hardware, software, facilities usage, ISP
