About the role:
Funding Societies Vietnam is looking for a qualified Relationship Manager (SME) to provide clients with effective products and excellent customer services. Candidates should be committed to finance, especially financial technologies as well as sales-driven to surpass goals.
What you will do:
Proactively acquire new business opportunities with SME clients and advise them on appropriate products/services
Create strategic plans/activities to reach potential customers
Manage customer portfolio including maintain close relationships with existing clients to get more referral
Understand market drivers and collaborate with both the client and internal stakeholders to overcome potential impediments
Negotiate and close deals
Assist applicant to complete required procedures
Coordinate with related teams to ensure prompt and effective implementation

What you will need?
Completed Bachelor and/or Master’s degree within Business, Finance, Accounting or related
Minimum 2+ year experience in finance, accounting, and credit analysis
Overall knowledge of commercial business and regulations that specifically affect SME credits
Knowledge of market trends and competitive intelligence is a plus
Strong English skills, Communication skills and Analytical skills
Ability to work in a multicultural team, and outside of business hours when necessary

About the Role
Reports to: Head of Finance Business PartnerROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effective planning and forecasting, budget management and analysis (40%)
Take lead and work closely with Business Functions to perform annual planning and regular forecast of operating and activities expenses by expense line as per committed timeline and required approval process.
Ensure sufficient monthly expense tracking and monitoring spending activities via accurate actual expense & timely accrued expense booked on SAP vs. approved budget/forecast. Do variance analysis vs budget/forecast and differences will have to be further investigated and justified.
Provide on-going financial consuliting support to Business Functions as the role of a Finance respentative to facilitiate and solve all matters related to financial processes handled by various sub-sections of Finance team.
Support line manager to generate adhoc analysis to facilitate various review/study on efficiency and effectiveness of spending activities with recommendations and lesson learnt.
CAPEX management and maintenance (10%)
Take lead and work closely with Departments to perform annual planning and regular forecast for total Company, by Departments by expense line as per committed timeline and required TLT’s approval process.

Proactively explore solutions to simplify and improve financial process to provide best support to business yet still meet financial disciplines.
Co-ordinate with other teams in Finance to enhance system and adapt automation where possible to improve work productivity.
Coordinate with other sub-Finance teams to implement & timely communicate to Business Functions about other Finance’s system & process changes.
Be a role of GOE champion to represent FBP’s team in control GOE ratio and Interco group charged budget with ownership of policy and governance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance. Certificate in CPA/ACCA/CFA is a Plus.
3-5 years of working experiences in multinational company.
2 years of experiences in the managerial role of financial planning and business partnering.
Experience in leading and driving financial management within a large, complex organization.
Life Insurance business is a Plus
Financial analysis knowledge is a Must.
Accounting knowledge (VAS/IFRS) is required.
Experience with accounting system (e.g. SAP) and other expense management tool is a Plus.
Strong logical, analytical and critical thinking to resolve business problems
Strong numerical with excellent ability to visualize big picture from set of data details
Propensity to plan strategically yet be able to adapt quickly to reality
Demonstrated experience in financial management and business partnering

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with Senior FP&A Manager in the preparation and completion of quarter, annual and long-term financial plans as well as in charge of preparing and reporting RLBE.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports accurately and submit timely to Area/Division or as requested by SLT.
• Partner with Pediatric and Adult Marketing, Ethical Sales, Trade Sales, CRM, CMM, Supply and Demand, Procurement, CFS. Legal and other functions/divisions to drive sales, brand profitability and effective activations execution for a total brands sale.
• Build Financial analytics and forecasting capabilities of functional and cross-functional colleagues by providing training and/or coaching.
• Drive Margin and Profit Improvements, Cash Flow Improvements, Cost Leadership projects and operational efficiencies through cross-functional collaboration. Lead certain Cost Leadership projects to successful execution.

MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge & Experience:
