About the role:

This position will support financial accounting, audit work of Vietnam, report directly to the chief accountant. This position will be trained in practical knowledge of accounting, tax, auditing, as well as soft skills necessary for the job. An important factor for this position is to have a good working attitude and a basic knowledge of tax accounting in Vietnam.
What you will do:
● Supporting accounting and tax job in VN
● Checking payment documents, tracking invoice and output contract and preparing relevant document
● Working with the bank for updating, changing bank document
● Supporting final audit job

What you will need:
● Final year student or post graduated from University major in Accounting, Finance, Banking
● Having good knowledge of accounting and tax
● Accounting or Auditing background
● Good work attitude
● English langue
Please noted the role full time, 6 months
Working hours: Mon- Fri 9am-6pm
Allowance: Gross 4,500,000 VND/month, parking free

Working location: Sonatus Building, Đường Lê Thánh Tôn, Bến Nghé, Quận 1, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

• Shadowing members of the Finance Department as they perform their duties
• Learning how to work as a part of Finance Department to compile & analyze data, track information and support the company or clients and how to use the SAP system related to this position
• Taking on additional tasks to learn more about knowledge of accounting and office operations
• Decision and responsibility within the respective scope of responsibility
• Work well in team to support admin tasks and paperwork
• Assist in all accounting system, checking documents
• Verify documents and invoices with system data

1. Accounting tasks

• Support in creating request to issue output invoices for payment on behalf, asset liquidity, other income, etc.
• Support end-users on accounting related processes (payment, vendor creation, fixed assets, stock taking, tax invoice handling, etc.)
• Support in archiving and retrieving of accounting documents
• Support in preparation of data and documents for Internal and External audit, Tax inspection, Customs audit purposes (if any)

2. Controlling tasks

• Prepare data consolidation for weekly performance report (sales, net working capital, etc.)
• Prepare monthly P&L analysis of company result
• Support in service recharging among Bosch entities
• Assist CFO with ad hoc financial topics (audit/tax/investment/macro reports, etc.)
